I received a liver transplant at the age of 34 due to rare autoimmune disease called #PSC ! Sick & feeling DISCONNECTED from my body, I found yoga.

NOW- I’m a yoga teacher/coach who walked away from a successful salon co-ownership & hairstylist entrepreneurship of 23 years to follow my purpose— Sharing yoga and holistic approaches to healing. I love helping others heal through mind body spirit and emotional body connection using yoga postures, pranayama, journaling, human design, meditation, releasing energy blockages, balancing chakras, shifting & recognizing unhealthy patterns. ✨💕🙌🏽
