So I am regular kid from Keral in Bharath. My story in short- Studied in gulf, went through depression and anxiety issues as a kid, took psychiatric pills which didn’t help much, recovered after tapering but again fell back into depression after a Breakup and was just going through life and trying to help people by becoming a psychologist but my own life was in shatters, came across Sadhguru by random chance and did Inner engineering, life transformed and became happy and joyful and now documenting my journey on social media so that it might help someone who is going through mental health issues
