Bio

Hey all, I’m Tye Greene, Brooklyn born,  Raised in between Brooklyn and the Bronx. Mother of 1, wife of none 😂, but sorry fellas I’m not single so I can’t mingle. By day I work as a member of the leadership team at charter HS doing Data and systems management but by night I can be found snuggled up with a good book about mastering the art of twerking to take over the world!

Growing up I was known to be a fighter! Not to be mistaken as a bully! But I was “not the one to play with like a touch me not” 😜 to quote my good sis Meg.

My friendships have always been my life line! I have been bless to attract a village of amazing, smart, & super successful people! All of whom support and push me to walk in my purpose.

Sisterhood is important to me because I know that it takes a village. We all need support and I have found that as a Black woman it has always been a village of Black women who have supported, guided, inspired, taught, and lead me.


I’ve learned that as a Black women I am last on most list. Although, we are the most educated and the backbones of our communities and America we are still often forgotten, looked over, unprotected, and/or disregarded by society. Which is why I created Cuz Black Girls.
