Success has many layers but until you satisfy your core, everything else can just feels like an accolade. There is often this deep drive inside that gets ignored in the pursuit of money, belonging and proving our worth to someone else or ourselves. How can we be so successful and still long for more or why do we stand in our own way in the pursuit of our blue sky when we know we are capable? How do we peel the layers of conditioning that are in between who we’ve become to survive and who we truly are?

The curious, the driven, those that want a deeper life are the clients I guide in movement meditation. Simple Qigong flows that align body and breath to relax the nervous system so you can experience a sense of calm, connection and clarity.

Those that are highly motivated tend to put themselves last and ignore the inner nagging that ask for attention but they are packed with tasks, kids and projects that need attending too. Then there are those all consuming moments that steal your motivation and patience and leaves you emotionally paralyzed and sometime eating your way to no where.

For those who want to stop the spin and go within to connect to your inner voice, higher power and get some answers, is who I assist. This movement meditation changed my life by getting me past the frustration and fragmentation I experienced in sitting meditation to my flow state of effortless power, pleasure and purpose.

No one cares what we do to take care of yourself but they do care how we treat them. We spend precious energy cultivating relationships and then blow them up because our relationship to ourselves is suffering. Becoming deeply connected to ourselves naturally attracts the right people, opportunities and experiences because we are navigating from our core.
