In 2016, Tom co-founded Entotal Agency, an agency that protects clients’ best interests while pursuing deep commitment to innovation in artist development. This successful combination continues to endear a growing list of clients who seek guidance as they face a constantly evolving industry.
 
Prior to Entotal, Tom was a longtime record label executive in Los Angeles and New York City, who represented artists across all genres. His integrity, knack for creative problem solving and grasp of the big picture propelled him through the ranks at various labels, including Rhino, Epic, Columbia and RCA Records.
 
Today, those collective experiences have refined his ability to create valuable opportunities for his clients.
