What do you need? What wants to live within you? To move? This is how I support people: to meet them at the heart of the matter; to reflect the power of making deeper contact with their core to heal and grow; to increasingly move through challenges and opportunities in life-affirming ways.

Play is my work. Work is my play. I discover treasures where others find nothing unusual. I find deep beauty in what most would find “ugly”. I’m interested in the ways connection heals. How kindness and compassionate acceptance offered to the inner child and shadow, no matter how unruly or dark, are where transformation is sparked. I’m inspired by witnessing another’s process towards an ah-HA! moment, breaking through the trappings of trauma or resistance, touching and grounding their gifts and power. The joy and life unleashed there is like the sun. I offer supportive connections to other deep-hearted, highly sensitive, neurodiverse, gifted empaths, healers—humans!— who are also finding their way. “We are all just walking each other home.” as Ram Dass has said.
