I am a U.S. naval officer who’s served for 26 years. My record shows innovation, technical expertise, and a flair for thinking outside the box. From targeted media placements resulting in unprecedented positive coverage to planning an organization's first proactive communication campaign, I'm driven to excel in every project I take on.

I overcame my victim mindset to understanding that by sharing our struggles, we can adapt and overcome. My blog Theresa’s Tapestries is where I hone my love of sharing insights through storytelling. My husband and I run a YouTube channel which features DIY projects, our Boxer dog Jayda, travel adventures, and getting good deals. I love seeing others succeed and advocate personal accountability and kindness towards humans and animals.
