Timur has 10 year of experience in customer experience management.

He worked at Beeline TM (VEON) Kyrgyzstan where he led the customer service, service quality development and support, customer experience research projects. He built CJM, developed a team to deal with complaints.

He has launched a new contact center in Sunfinance.group fintech service in Kyrgyzstan, helped with product design and contributed to achieve service and sales goals.
