Customer Success for All is a hub for learning, growing, and diving deep into how we can retain customers, optimize processes, and stay focused on customer outcomes in business.

Hosting weekly deep dives into topics that impact customer success teams, including breaking into customer success, top skills for hiring managers to look for in CSMs, processes that scale, and ways to decrease churn and create evangelical customers.

The mission is to share specific, tactical knowledge that people can take away and use in their day to day lives, whether they’re a start up founder wondering how to manage their first customers, or a seasoned company that is experiencing a leaky bucket. Come one, come all.
We are all learning: Be open to be proven wrong, question your thoughts, and positions yourself as a learner. We all have experience, and may even be experts, but let’s be willing to hear from others always.
We uplift one another: Talk to the people in this club as you would your best friend. Be respectful.
