I train new real estate agents the fastest path to success as an agent and real estate investor.

Most new agents fail within the first 2 years in the business. My passion is to see new and experienced agents benefit from our team systems to equip them in sales and agent training.

My intention is for each our our agents use real estate as a pathway to create the life of their dreams!

Our team agents also receive training on real estate investing and how to acquire income producing properties without using any of their own money. I am a real estate investor and have done fix and flips, wholesale transactions, new home construction, multi family acquisition and management and mobile home park acquisition and management. All without using bank financing or any of my own money.

I believe wealth is created by holding investment grade cash flowing real estate.
