🌌 Born & raised near the Badlands & Black Hills of South Dakota with four supportive younger siblings

✨ I AM a vibrational BEing learning to live, laugh, love, lead & listen more compassionately, playfully & presently during this marvelous human experience.

Within the last decade 🔸 I’ve released sexual shame to unapologetically embrace my queerness 🔹 navigated the complexities of grief due to my Dad’s unexpected passing 🔸 allowed my understanding of spirituality to expand 🔹 worked at hostels in LA, Kauai, & Australia 🔸 studied in 3 cities in Europe before diverging from my Int’l masters 🔹 visited parts of 31 different countries 🔸 invested in coaching 🔹 and learned to forgive, love, trust, & celebrate myself! 🎉

These paradigm-altering happenings have allowed my empathetic heart to continue to expand, stirring me to share the medicine & insights I’ve alchemized & acquired throughout the eclectic collection of challenging & life-enriching chapters of my life story.
