The Tall Wall exists to help talented people fulfil their potential at work, and to support businesses to create the conditions for men and women to thrive together. To achieve gender diversity, the playing field needs to be level which means empowerment without bias and a remit that includes men.
Founded by executive coach Helen Cowan in 2017, The Tall Wall brings together outstanding coaches located across three continents.

Helen started her career at the sharp end of the professional services industry and latterly, trained as a coach in one of the “Big Four” consulting firms. Coaching became her passion and connects viscerally with her belief in equal opportunities in the workplace.
