✨Who Am I: Grew up in Youngstown, Ohio. Big Fat Greek Family. Moved to South Beach, ATL, San Francisco and now Costa Rica.
I’ve been in the Fitness Industry for over 22 years. I’ve worked in every position in a gym you can think of. Moving on to fitness products, education and developing Master Trainers to be Master Trainers. Traveling all over the world for trade shows to finally wanting to stay home and work from home.
