Professionally, I help people work through their everyday lives; and mental health issues and trauma - big and small.

I specialise in working with trauma, post- traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), body issues, childhood sexual abuse (CSA); and working with women and men who have needed additional support when a baby has not been delivered to term (post-miscarriage or post-abortion).

I also work with anxiety, depression, stress, body issues, loneliness, health anxieties, establishing wholeheartedness & healthy vulnerability... a small selection of what I work with.

I work with LIFE and all the issues we encounter while living it. And that’s what I’m here to talk about!
