Bio

If I ran a school, it would teach positive psychology, survival skills, entrepreneurial stuff. Relationships. Critical thinking. People would jump off waterfalls. People would learn to get out of their own way by finding themselves.

People would learn to stop hustling and do things on instinct. To stop setting goals, and start having a vision.

For now, I don’t run a school yet I am a teacher of sorts. By training I’m a coach. While I don’t like titles, it’s accurate to call me a transformation expert.

That sounds wafty, but I promise you I’m the opposite. I don’t do jargon or ‘coachy’ models. I am the anti-guru—although I believe magical thinking is everything and I love the connectedness of spirituality.

My speciality is tangible. I help high achievers, many of them women entrepreneurs and C-suite executives, to embrace, rewrite and share their story for influence, impact and profit.

Why storytelling? Because the stories we tell ourselves shape our lives, define us. But what shapes us growing up doesn’t have to be the story that is our future.

I work with people who fell unconsciously into careers, homes, relationships because it was ‘right’. Now they’re grown-ups and still don’t have what they want.

I teach how to not create a predictable future based on where you are now. I teach how to make peace with the past then use it as rocket fuel to get whatever it is you really want in the future.

I’ve coached people off their couches and into six-figure jobs. I’ve worked with leaders to have more influence and reduce conflict with teams to create business and personal success. I’ve taken hundreds of people on my breakthrough one-day journeys and leaders on multi-day 1:1 life-changing mystery experiences.
You can check out my background on my socials, but the short version is I’m a dad of two who loves adventure and has known pain. I was told I’d never walk again after a car accident, have been homeless, unemployed. In 2015 I had no job and no network.

What I did have was defiance—doing what I really wanted without being limited by memories of the past—and ideas.

If you want to stop believing you’re defined by what you learned as a kid, you might be just as defiant as me. Reach out on Instagram and let’s connect.
