At 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 club we talk about mindfulness, spirituality, meditation, vibrational healing, holistic health, empowerment, our Divine self, heart activation, brain & heart coherence, the Divine feminine and masculine, nutrition, movement, gratitude, personal development and growth, and harmony.
