I use a blend of my knowledge & training in Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and connection-based parenting approaches to journey with mamas so that they:
- Find more time and say goodbye to mom burnout, guilt & overwhelm
- Rediscover their true self & live an aligned life
- Understand their kids’ behaviour and enjoy parenting
