✅ We take a complex, confusing & exhausting process and make it more streamlined and effective by:
1️⃣ PLANNING: Developing a budget and a schedule, set goals, create the strategy, zoning approvals, team procurement.
2️⃣ DESIGN: Lead the RFP process for the architects & engineers and kick off design, manage the design process to ensure swift progress and coordinated drawings. Update project budget and schedule at each design stage.
3️⃣ PERMITTING & CONSTRUCTION : We issue RFP, level the bids, negotiate GC contract language and pricing & construction management. Advocating throughout for our clients to protect their best interests at all times.
4️⃣ VENDOR PROCUREMENT & MANAGEMENT: issue RFP, level bids, manage additional vendors (data cabling, audio visual, access control and security, furniture, signage, art, movers)
5️⃣ CLOSEOUT: final documents, punch-list management, move management
