This is room is for architects and builders to dispel stereotypes by exploring the reality of common stereotypes. They may reveal some truths and misconceptions. The goal is a better understanding of each others challenges, and skills.
Drop your gloves: Let’s have fun and be light. Show up to build trust and respect through the exploration of conflict and misunderstandings.
Laughing at yourself is key: Bring stereotypes that you may fit into. Maybe you have been called. Let the room know what about these stereotypes are partially true and why people may falsely think so.
Build Community: Please follow your peers and be open to mentoring each other going forward on items you could use more insight on.
