Host and Creator of The Criminal Justice Evolution Podcast and the new Mindset Evolution Show

Patrick Fitzgibbons is a retired Police Commander with over two decades of experience in various capacities. He is also an author, coach, speaker and educator. After a successful law enforcement career, Patrick wanted to continue to give back to the profession that was so good to him over the years.

Patrick created his top ranked show over five years ago with the goal of providing criminal justice professionals with the knowledge, advice and tools to grow better personally and professionally. Shows revolve around criminal justice topics and issues that range from police and criminal justice reform, leadership, use of force, and everything in between. Guests and Patrick also talk about the importance of self care which includes - The practice of gratitude, meditation, physical fitness and much more 🙏

Patrick's guests range from NY Times Best Selling Authors, Entrepreneurs, Military and Law Enforcement Leaders and Influencers, Actors and Private Sector Professionals - Over 400 episodes and counting. 💥🎙🚀

In 2019, Patrick wrote and published, E.V.O.L.V.E - A Collection of Routines, Habits, and Advice to Take Charge of Your Life and Be Your Best Self. 📖

E.V.O.L.V.E is an Acronym and Patrick uses each of these levels in his personal coaching with clients.

E - Elevate Your Thoughts - Everything starts with the proper Mindset. The seeds (good or bad) you plant in your mind will grow.
V - Visualization - Visualize where you want to go in your life, and then TAKE ACTION
O - Others - Who are the people you surround yourself with. Remember you are the average of the 5 people you associate with.
L - Love yourself - If you don't love yourself (and this means every aspect of your life - fitness, mental and spiritual) how are you going to love anyone else?
V - Victories - Celebrate the victories you have everyday because you have them. You're alive right? Celebrate that victory and go from there.
E - Everyday show up and bring your best self.
