I am an empath who believes that connection is healing and essential to our experience as humans. I value authenticity and vulnerability.
Licensed mental health therapist in Maryland specializing in complex trauma and chronic suicidality. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Everyone deserves access to quality and affordable mental health care. I’m a neurodivergent therapist and I celebrate neurodiversity. Before becoming a therapist, I studied public health and its impact on families. Black Lives Matter, and systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma alter biology.
