💅 SOCIAL ENTREPRENEUR
I founded a WOC owned indie beauty brand called Sexy Boss Babe. A portion of proceeds are donated to support charities helping foster youth & sex trafficking survivors. Sex traffickers lure victims by offering to get their hair & nails done. 80% of sex trafficking victims in the U.S. are foster youth. We donate funds, nail kits & life skills workshops. The brand is all about women empowerment and inclusivity. A Sexy Boss Babe by our definition is a woman who knows her worth/value and goes after what she wants. She’s “fierce, bold & empowered.” The product is glue on nails that can be applied in a few minutes for a salon manicure at home. Perfect timing with the pandemic and salon closures.
