As a Transformational Embodiment Coach, I take leading and ambitious women from hiding with their potential to being seen and heard from their true essence. We use healing modalities, mindset, and strategy to support your journey to expansive transformation!

As a trauma-informed Sex Doula, it’s not sex as you know it. I focus on the energy and spirit of sex. I believe we can transfer our human experience as we heal the deepest parts of us and restore connection with our bodies, create safety in our vulnerability, and reclaim our trust and intuition.

I am a survivor of childhood and sexual trauma, corporate climber, creatrix, mom, and entrepreneurial Badass. This lived experience and the journey to healing has allowed me to hold a deep empathy, purpose, and path to see powerful women who are quietly suffering unravel the limitations and conditions of the past and rewrite their story.
