🍽外食黎明期に日本レストランを開業。
以来自動車ディーラーJEM、トヨタディーラーJEMCA（2003年に売却）などを立ち上げ、2000年以降にSo Restaurant、Sozai Cooking Schoolなどを創業。wedine.co.uk (ehochef)を皮切りにneconote.comなどシェアエコノミーの分野に参入。JCAUK(日本料理アカデミーUK)理事長
Covid-19によるロックダウンを契機に惣菜の全国宅配を進める。
