In my twenties I struggled with Self-sabotage (in many forms) & how it keeps us from inner freedom.

At the age of 28, an overdose humbled me to surrender and I received the grace of Divine intervention.

I went back to school & my doctoral work was on intergenerational memories & healing from colonial trauma at University of Texas at Austin

Former skeptic,
A writer’s block is what introduced me to the power of energy work to shift subconscious programs & align with our dreams.
