A child of the most high FIRST! I can’t do anything without him. Secondly, I am a Trauma-Informed Consultant, the founder of Mitigating Minds, LLC, born and raised in Baltimore City, Maryland. Terah received her BS in Psychology from Towson University and her MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kaplan University. Since this time, she has served children and teens in the community, residential facilities, and in the Baltimore City School System. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, servicing children and adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral problems, and trauma for over 13 years. ✨ ✨It has been a longstanding passion to decrease the amount of re-traumatization that exist in systems due to insufficient knowledge of the differences in the brain structure of a child who has experienced trauma.
