I have experienced betrayal, abandonment, abuse, divorce, rejection, being ostracized, emotional neglect, constant criticism, spiritual attacks, loneliness, sudden loss, grief, despair, perfectionism, codependency and enmeshment, hyper vigilance, losing everything and starting over...

The traumas, challenges and difficulties I have endured have been diverse and expansive. The tests come in soul crushing waves of inner liberation.
