♦️ WHAT I DO: I launched The Talent Magnet in 2004, an Executive Recruitment Firm in NYC dedicated to connecting exceptional candidates to the most prestigious Brands, Companies, and Agencies in the world! I partner with incredible employers to identify unique talent that are not seeing through other sources. I evaluate the important information not found in a resume.

♦️ WHO I AM: I’m a 20 veteran of the recruitment industry with a deep insight into what the most sought-after employers must to see in order for candidates to stand out, move forward in an interview process, and ultimately receive an offer. I am also convinced I should have been the 4th Beastie Boy (but that train left). As a Career Coach, I am told that I am really good at helping people to rediscover their gifts and tell a more compelling personal brand story.

♦️ THE WHY: I came for the big commissions but I stayed 2 decades because my work often changes peoples lives (along with my special relationship with NEXIUM).
