Suraj began his career as the frontman of legendary Indian band motherjane. His solo act- Suraj Mani, the tattva trip, is a interactive mix of songs and stories. He has won awards for best rock singer in Asia and India and performed at national/international festivals with acts like Mr.Big, Megadeth, Indian Ocean, Subha Mudgal, Mame Khan etc
