Overcoming personal challenges.
2 year ago I weighed 270 pounds and thought I was being and living the best version of myself.
After auditing my life style I came to the realization that I was abusing my mind, body, and soul.
I knew drastic times called for drastic measures. That day my journey began.
Starting with a range of changes to my diet. I fast 16 hours a few days a week. Meal planning my week along with prepping snacks. Behavior change and habits in how I treat food (especially sugar) has change my life.
I’m in the camp of 80% diet 20% fitness.
I’m 602 days Alcohol Free.
Today I weigh 177 Ibs and I feel better I’m healthy and the new version of myself is a more confident, a better husband, and a great example to my children!
