✨I provide private and community, virtual and in person dance fitness classes. My class is suitable for all fitness levels. I want high energy fitness to feel accessible to everyone, because it is!

👧🏽My girl is my world. I am a stay at home mom, with ambitions to make her life better than I ever dreamed mine could be. She is 2, fiercely determined, and SO smart. I work hard daily to cultivate a system where she can learn, play, feel safe, and loved. I want to connect with other black momprenuers who want the same for their children.
