I am an advocate of the High Court of Zanzibar and Courts subordinate thereto save for Primary and Kadhi Courts.I am an Arbitrator with the Tanzania Institute of Arbitration and an Accredited Arbitrator and Mediator with the Tanzania Arbitration Centre under the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs. I am also a UK Chattered Trademark Attorney.

My practice focuses on Commercial and Corporate law. I am experienced in advising on mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring, Infrastructure Projects, Project Financing,Intellectual Property and Technology,Media&Telecommunications(TMT). I have advised and represented clients on Trademarks infringements, Copyright claims,Music,film, technology and media matters. I have worked with a number of reputable fintech startups,innovators and ride hailing companies that operates globally.

I have a law degree from the University of Iringa in Tanzania and a Master's degree in International Corporate and Commercial Law from Liverpool John Moores University in England. I have a Certificate of Protocol and international Relations from the Tanzania Mozambique Centre for Foreign Relations.
