📰 My Story
I was born and raised in Baltimore, Md (B-More) until the age of 9..Between the ages of 3-9 I was raped and molested by multiple members of family. I was exposed to Domestic Violence, Violence, Drugs and Alcohol Abuse..
After moving from Baltimore to New Jersey when I was 9 I began being molested by a family friend until age 13.. It wasn’t until I was 14 and my uncle tried to rape me that I finally told my mom everything..
Unfortunately the psychological damage was already done. I was a closet alcoholic, pill user, suicidal, and self harming and angry as all hell..
Throughout the course of the next 20 years I secretly battled the addictions making sure I only did them at night, fought off suicide, entered one narcissistic sadistic relationship after another allowing all types of things to be done to me all while being a seemingly well functioning being..
It wasn’t until my mother was diagnosed with Lymphoma in October of 2013 and then passed 3 months later that I decided it was time to Get My Mind Right and change my life! I quit the drugs cold turkey and detoxed myself at home.. Over the next 6 years I read several self help books, listened to as many self held lectures as possible, went to self help workshops, tapped into my spirituality, quit drinking, let go of all toxic relationships, started truly loving myself, faced my past head on and finally discovered what it truly means to Live and Be..It’s now 2021 and Iam pleased to say that I now use ALL of my experiences to assist others in implementing the R.A.W method into their lives so they can BE too!
