MY STORY: Over 15 years ago, I was living for the weekend, grinding through a stressful, demanding 9-5 job. I’d come home, turn on the TV, lay on the couch, and take a nap - I didn’t have the energy for anything else. 

When I was introduced to Classical Hatha Yoga, everything began to change. I still had the same “grinding” 9-5… but I started waking up before my alarm, feeling incredible on only 5 hours of sleep, and having the energy to actually enjoy my life after work.

At work, I was more productive, bringing better ideas to the table, and the promotions started coming. This was my first experience with the “Hatha Yoga effect”. 

MY BACKGROUND: I lived and studied in India under renown yogi and spiritual speaker Sadhguru, and today is one of the most experienced Isha Hatha Yoga teachers globally. I’ve had the honour of teaching Hatha Yoga to the House of Commons here in London, been featured on BBC News, taught a seminar at the London OM Yoga show and the main stage of International Yoga Day multiple times.
