I am intentionally breaking the silence and having the conversation about mental Illness everywhere!! Educating the community and families especially in the Church, about Mental Illness and the Stigmas attached to it. I aim to help others to find a way to cope with their losses, and to process and cope with their feelings after experiencing a loss.
