I own STCC Book Club and I co-coordinate the RSJ Virtual Romance Book Con (a 5-day online conference celebrating diversity in publishing) managed by the Diverse Writers and Readers International nonprofit group.
As a diversity and inclusion event, I’m most proud of how diverse our audience has become. You’ll see an array of colors and cultures throughout, each supporting one another. Everyone is always welcomed; we have so much fun together maneuvering the romance publishing world.
