I’ve been a pole dancer since 2004, and a fitness enthusiast & trainer since 2001.
I incorporate my fitness, health & wellness experience in my reiki & shamanic work.
I facilitate shamanic journeys & retreats which places focus on the importance of the mind/body connection in New York & Boston territory.
