🙌 Life is too short to not LIVE. After years of doubting myself and giving life to stress, I have taken back my power and CHOSEN to let go of lifelong fears and untrue preconceived notions that have not only caused me to doubt myself, but also contributed to more than half a lifetime of physical illness. 💪

💯 The latest, my breast cancer diagnosis in July 2020 has been the ultimate wake up call 📞.

😞 As the most recent in a series of health challenges and diagnoses over the last 30 + years, I made up my mind - breast cancer was not going to have me. I was sick of being sick 😷. A 💡 went off and I made the difficult but only real decision to change my outlook if I wanted to live. 🙏

🤔 I don’t ask “why me?” I know each and every one of the challenges I’ve faced has guided me to where I am today, exactly where I am supposed to be. 🙌 Everything happens for a reason.

💪 I help inspire other women to feel confident in their skin and to shed the illusion that they “cannot.” 💕

I’m living proof that It’s never too late to follow your dreams and to learn something new. In addition to owning and growing my skincare business, I’ve been diving into the world of cryptocurrency.
