I am an independent Leadership development coach with 36 years of rich work experience spanning various industries. I guide and coach people on Self leadership and people leadership through personalised webinars and coaching sessions. I have managerial experience in the manufacturing sector, Learning & Development and in the Airline industry. I have worked with prestigious organisations, such as MRF Tyres, NIS Sparta (A Reliance Infocomm Group Company), Reliance Retail, Dale Carnegie Training ®, Paramount Airways & Reliance Capital Asset Management Ltd.,

I am a DDI-certified facilitator for the learning solutions in Interaction Management® (IM: EX®) and Interaction Management® (IM: EXL®) suite of solutions and DDI certified Targeted selection ® Facilitator.
I am a Results Coaching systems Certified Coach. I am also certified practitioner, Thomas International PPA (Thomas Profiling). I have been a Master Trainer & Master Coach with NIS Sparta, Reliance Retail and a certified trainer of Dale Carnegie Training ®.

My exposure across industries in diverse functions such as Supervisory roles, Managerial roles, Sales consultant, Performance consultant have sensitised me to the needs of the business environment today. This combined with my passion for ‘Learning intervention with a purpose’ makes me add value to my clients.

I have played an important role in setting up of L&D architecture at Reliance Capital Asset Management Ltd., Wherein I successfully rolled out various Organisational development initiatives, some of which are first in the industry.

I have conducted workshops on various topics for a wide range of audience. I have also conducted various ‘Train the Trainer workshops’ successfully. My other achievements include spearheading performance coaching and significantly contributing to the Learning and Development at Reliance infocomm and Reliance Retail.

My passion for helping people develop their leadership, communication and networking skills made me become a Toastmaster. At Toastmasters International, I have conducted various educational sessions on topics related to Leadership, Goal setting, self-development, etc.. in Toastmasters Corporate clubs such as KEMIN, PERSONIV, IIT Madras and in community clubs.
