Thank you for stopping by. It is so nice to meet you. I'm Sphoorthi (pronounced as Spu-r-thee). I work as a Software Engineer at Ford Motor Company (Contractor). I am a first person and woman to obtain a Master's degree in the USA from my Paternal extended family. I am on my way to living my independent woman dream.
I am a fitness enthusiast. I started my fitness journey as simple weightloss goal with long cardio hours and fell in love with weight training as I started seeing both physical and mental changes. I started with loosing 20 lbs and now gaining muscle and gaining strength power. I love working out at Orange Theory Fitness Studio or SWEAT app. You can find my Before-After pictures on my instagram.
