After surviving multiple toxic-relationships and was still in search of love🤪, I decided to do some soul searching🕵🏽; to find that the toxicity started, when I began.👩🏽‍🍼

I wasn’t given a handbook 📘a prep talk 👥nor did I have any skills on how to have a healthy relationship of any kind, so I had to just deal, react, stay silent and “be strong”. 💪🏿
This world 🌎 made it very clear to me that “what happens behind closed doors🚪 stays behind closed doors 🚪 so for years, I did just that. 🛌

One day I had a breakthrough ! I mustered-up the courage 💪🏿to have that uncomfortable conversation 🙊with a friend. I felt so good, 🤗I was relieved 🧘🏾‍♀️My heart ❤️ stopped aching and I didn’t feel burdened by what was done to me; so I continued to have these conversations 🗣 and I could feel my body releasing All of those toxins🤮from my mind 🤯body🧍🏾‍♀️ and soul ♾.
Then I was like - “gurrrl you made a discovery💡 !” It’s not the talk - it’s the conversation🎯. 💃🏽I patented the technique in ‘08 -and created a video-podcast 🎙Speak2Scorn🔥I started using the platform for US to share our stories about toxic relationships.We use S.C.O.R.N -Strength Courage Optimism Recovery and the nitty-gritty so we can start healing,during this life transforming experience.
