這幾年的諮商經驗讓我看到了很多個案的轉變，加上有跟不少來自東方以及台灣的個案做諮商，這讓我對在海外生活的東方人有了更深的了解。希望可以把這些經驗分享給大家，讓大家也可以更認識心理/心靈諮商，如何利用諮商的幫助來更認識自己，為自己活出不一樣的生活。
