Professional dancer, Dance Teacher, Mental health first aider among many other things🌙🧘🏽‍♀️

Currently studying mindfulness diploma and hoping to move forward into life coaching. I’m currently on this amazing journey of self love, self acceptance, mindfulness, spirituality, working with the moon and being at one with myself, it is amazing.

I hold online ‘Dance Class for the Soul’ most weeks on Tuesday at 7:30pm : a mixture of journaling & exploring through dance
