Things I have realized that I firmly believe (updated over time):
-Autonomy is a human right and is vital to growth, healing, and generally living a free and full life.
-Even if someone is proud of surviving hard times and healing on their own, doesn’t mean that they should have had to bear that burden without support or care.
-Assuming only makes as an ass out of the one who assumes.

Currently developing a club that focuses on personal experience, mental health, and all the “negative” aspects of our lived experience that are usually silenced, stigmatized, or written off as “attention seeking🤢” or “trauma dumping🤮.” We all deserve to be heard, to take up space, to express ourselves without opinions or advice that we do not consent to receiving.
