FA Level 1 Talent Identification Scout and Co-owner of Smart Sport Management.

Smart Sport Management is an intermediary company that manages professional athletes involved in Football, Rugby , Cricket and Basketball.
The company was established in November 2018 by Smart Khumalo and Sibusiso Ngcobo.

The driving force of the company’s creation was simply to assist as many professional athletes in the various sporting codes which are Football, Cricket and Rugby.
It was formulated by the passion each individual within the company has for the sporting codes we choose to offer our services in.

We truly believe that, ’where passion goes energy flows.’’ You carry the passion, which is why we opted to start this company as young mature individuals who own the love for sport.


We know that the bigger the sacrifice, the greater the reward. This is one of the key ingredients we have significantly identified and would like to thoroughly emphasize and express to our clients when they choose Smart Sport Management.
There is a basket of potential each sport individual carries; our job is to help them find out what their maximum is.



I've also worked at sporting events such as the FNB 10km Run, Comrades Marathon and Ironman South Africa. I have additional experience in organising eGaming events in different communities.
