Taught dentistry at a college for 15 years before I transitioned to real estate!

Started my journey in USA w $50 in 2003 traveling in buses and now running million dollar business.
Started from nothing to now owing 5 houses ranging 1/2M-1+Million. Worked my way up in real estate as a mostly part-time w my FT job until 2021 and transitioned to full-time this year 2021.
Bought 1st house in 2009. Since 2016 from my 2nd house, I bought 1 house EACH year till 2019. Then 2 in 2020. And 2 in 2021 just in 1st quarter itself, 3rd under contract.

Sold one in each year 2017, 2019 and 2020. This year sold 2 houses for over a million dollar net proceeds. All single family homes. Stepping into new territory of duplexes and possibly multiplexes . The fun of buying, selling, renting, renovating, remodeling, staging,.... anything to do w real estate is my passion. Still lot to learn.

Good at managing my finances. Mostly have credit score between 730-780. Curious how to go above 800.

Have my expertise in renting houses for double or triple than the mortgage. Slow and steady wins the race seems appropriate for me. I never knew that this is my passion until I see myself not getting tired when I’m dealing w real estate. It in fact energizes me and I love to see the transformation of houses. I get compliments about having great interior designing sense. I want to explore and educate myself in how I can be better in what I love doing.

Bought, sold, remodeled, renovated, staged, decorated many houses my own and my family and friends numerous times. Love to transform the look and feel of the houses.

Experienced In 1031 exchanges, different kinds of loans: FHA, conventional, refinanced, cash out loan, take out loan, HELOC, investor lender, bank lender and planning to explore more ways.
