I was the General Manager of Tung Fat Ho Building Material Limited, which is specialised in architectural ironmongery supplier and consultancy, based in Hong Kong for 35 years, providing integrated security and energy saving solution by specifying high quality security access and door control products according to various building regulations and requirements.

Back in 2002 to 2004, I was IT System Officer and helping setting up Email System, File Server, Backup system , also suggest ideas to implement ERP System for Company Operation.

In 2003-2006 ,I have been promote to Operation manager with a mission to optimize the operation flow from manufacturer to Client by implement a tailor made ERP system to integrate whole business process with Account, Administration, Finance, Sales and logistics function.

In 2006-2019, I have been promote to General Manager and implement ISO 9001 / 14001:2008 into all business functions with the support of the ERP system integrations. And company received various of business awards to acknowledge our management effort.

With the implementation of ERP system and ISO System, at 2011 I helped setup an experience showroom in Hong Kong Wanchai Lockhart road to engage different clients (architecture, Interior Design). Also complete my Master of Design (MDes) in Poly-U HK and use design strategies to helped company focus into branding by increase sales using Product-Service System ( PSS).

To prepare for future change of Digitisation of Building Industry, I am now planning to obtain my WELL AP & ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP) , also finish my Master of Science (MSc) in Integrated Project Delivery at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in June 2020.

My experience drive me to solve difficult problems and start without instruction and I enjoy working with a scaling teams that enjoy experimenting with new ideas . Also I support to have clear division of the roles in team and having ownership of their tasks.
