《旭茉JESSICA》 was launched in 2000 in Hong Kong, as a monthly glossy magazine, aiming to serve the needs of the executive woman of the new millennium in Hong Kong. Each year, 《旭茉JESSICA》honours 10 women from Hong Kong and Greater China with the Most Successful Women Award, in recognition of their individual achievements and outstanding contributions to society. Over the last two decades, we have connected with 200 awardees, and the《旭茉JESSICA》 family of Most Successful Women continues to grow.

20 years on, the magazine has grown into a powerful media platform, and it is our mission, to extend our presence and influence into the Greater Bay Area (“GBA”) and Greater China, as a super-connector platform for women in the region, connecting them from all angles and ­­­­­­­­­­­­­aspects of life, socially, culturally and economically, with an ultimate goal of becoming a network for Chinese women globally.

The year 2020, marks the launch of our women’s network 《茉萃薈 JES Network》, to connect, inspire and empower women of the region, a concept inspired by the family of over 200 JESSICA Most Successful Women Award recipients, to provide a platform for our awardees and other important supporters of JESSICA Most Successful Women Award and women’s associations, to share their experiences to connect, empower and inspire the next generation.

《旭茉 JESSICA》於2000年在香港正式創刋，報導名人、時尚的雜誌月刊，旨在提供資訊給新千禧年代的香港女性行政人員。每年，《旭茉 JESSICA》更頒發成功女性獎項 給予10位來自香港和大中華地區的女性，以表彰她們的個人成就和對社會的傑出貢獻。過去的二十年，我們聯繫了200名獲獎者，令《旭茉 JESSICA》成功女性家族不斷擴大。

20年來，雜誌已發展成為一個強大的媒體平台，同時我們的使命，將認受性和影響力擴展到大灣區及大中華，成為一個女性超級連接平台。我們從社會、文化、經濟與生活方式角度，將她們連結起來，最終目標是成為全球中國女性網絡平台 。

2020年， 嶄新推出《茉萃薈 JES Network》的女性 社交網絡， 以聯繫， 啟發 和 賦予權力 增強整個區域的女性超卓能力。旨在啟發、連繫、以及鼓勵女性為自己及別人成就更精彩人生的「茉萃薈」JES Network 正式登陸 Clubhouse！首場開播將於 3 月 18 號 (星期四) 晚上 7 時啟播，邀請了吳旭茉女士 (Ms. Jessica Ng) 聯同兩位嘉賓 — 太平洋航空控股有限公司副主席兼首席執行官，著名企業創新者及企業家劉少坤女士 (Ms. Vivian Lau)；及 Start-Ups Hong Kong 啟動香港創辦人蘇頌禮 (Mr. Gene Soo) 作對談，分享女性在香港創業及成立初創企業的經驗及成功故事，播放詳情敬請密切留意「茉萃薈」JES Network 及《旭茉JESSICA》Facebook 平台的公佈。
