Bio

A Corporate Woman turned Yogini!

Pooja is a globally certified Vedic Hatha Yoga Teacher under BKS Iyenger Style. She recently facilitated webinars with various educational platforms such as IIT Delhi, Pragya International Yoga School and Protouch Golf Academy. She also conducted corporate sessions with brands such as Unilever - Lakme, Prime Focus Technology and IIT Delhi. She is looking forward to bring awareness through her corporate sessions in the youth today about relevance of yoga in their lifestyle.

She feel really blessed that she got a chance so early in her career to successfully organize about 4 Teacher Training Courses under International Yoga Alliance within a span of one year. She also leads yoga workshops, wellness programs and yoga retreats in Himalayas.

An ardent believer of sustainability and yoga to go hand in hand, she supports various fundraisers to clean Himalayas and NGOs for flood reliefs.

Vision : To follow the footsteps of her Guruji to revive the Vedic Culture in India.
