About Sheneeta Blu, she transitioned from a 9-5 to becoming an Entrepreneur in 2017 out of necessity. While in survival mode and a way to make money, she did what she does best ‘Research’. Started writing Business Plans for individuals interested in creating businesses. As a result, started a 📈 Marketing Research Company, conducted market research for various industries (e.g. Funeral Home & Funeral Services Industry to Pet Care) were her favorite. At the end of 2018, she was driving, came across several vacant & boarded up properties, jotted down the addresses, utilized research skills & successfully tracked the sellers (a corporate entity). The trail started in Philly, led me to Florida, then TX & finally to Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Then posted my findings throughout other Facebook groups and as a result, opportunities presented, attracted REI as Clients & was able to convert them to a sale. My niche is to help Savvy REI by performing Real Estate Genealogy Research to find & locate real estate descendent’s heirs so they can secure a substantial profitable gain.

Case Study:
Client requested that I locate seller wasn’t sure if the seller was deceased or not. However, my research path took me all the way to the 1800’s. I was able to successfully find the seller & information needed to help client. I found out seller was a New Orleans, LA, native, parents, siblings & all 3 of his children were deceased. However, found his granddaughter & great grandson, which allowed my Client to successfully wholesale the land & made some 💰💴💸. Research goes hand in hand to Wholesaling Real Estate 🏠🏠
and it made perfect sense for me to get involved. Closed my 1st wholesale deal in 2019, took me 11 months, then close 3 deals in 3 months & gained momentum after that.
